Pit Fields

The Sidney Pit Ball Fields are located at the Sidney Recreation Area off of the West River Road approximately 8.3 miles from Kennedy Memorial Drive in Waterville.

Oakland

Pleasant Point

Take Kennedy Memorial Drive into Oakland
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto PLEASANT ST. for approximately 0.4 miles
PLEASANT ST becomes ME-137. for approximately 2.2 miles
Turn LEFT onto MCGRATH POND RD. for approximately 0.2 miles
Pleasant Point Park will be on your left. The fields are often called Field 1, 2 or 3. All major league or higher games are played on Field 1.

Williams Fields (At Williams Elementary School on Pleasant Street)

Take Kennedy Memorial Drive into Oakland
Stay Straight on Pleasant Street
Just after Railroad Tracks take Road on right immediately after you will be in the parking lot

Belgrade (if you get to Workman field all fields are reachable by walking distance) From Oakland

Start out going SOUTHWEST on BELGRADE RD toward ME-11/ CHURCH ST. for approximately 3.2 miles
BELGRADE RD becomes ME-11/ OAKLAND RD. for approximately 4.9 miles
At the stop sign turn left onto Route 27 onto DEPOT RD. for approximately 0.8 miles
Workman Field will be on the right. Pull into the fenced parking area and the Rookie Field will be to the

left on the other side of the snack shack and Workman will be right in front of you.

Waterville

Purnell Field

From I-95 take the ME-11/ ME-137 exit, EXIT 127, toward WATERVILLE/ OAKLAND and turn RIGHT onto KENNEDY MEMORIAL DR/ ME-11/ ME-137 for 0.9 miles
Turn LEFT onto 1ST RANGEWAY/ FIRST RANGEWAY for 0.4 miles
Turn RIGHT onto MATHEWS AVE. for 0.2 miles and field is on the left.

Peters Field

From I-95 take the MAIN ST./ ME-104 exit, EXIT 130, toward WATERVILLE and turn RIGHT onto MAIN ST/ ME-104/ UPPER MAIN ST. for 0.2 miles
Turn LEFT onto ARMORY RD. for 0.3 miles, field is on the right.

Winslow

Boston Ave. Field

Cross the main Waterville-Winslow bridge

Drive through the four way intersection after crossing bridge into Winslow

Take first left onto Boston Ave., Field is on the right

(alternate directions: Cross the main Waterville/Winslow bridge, take a left at the four-way after the bridge onto Benton Ave. (towards Big G's Restaurant), drive ~0.6 miles , you will see a sign for the Superintendant's office on the right, the field is in the back of that parking lot)

Norton St. Field

Cross the main Waterville-Winslow bridge

Take a right onto Bay St. after crossing bridge into Winslow

Drive 0.7 miles, taking second left onto China Rd/ME – 137

Drive 0.1 mile, taking first right onto Cushman Rd./ME – 32

Drive 0.3 miles, taking third right onto Norton St.

Field is at the end of Norton St.
